I had water backing up through my basement utility sink on a holiday weekend. Tyler responded quickly and had the problem resolved within a very brief time period after my initial call.  Before calling him I had actually called a different company’s answering service, got frustrated at the long turn around time on the phone call back through that service, called Lalonde and got set up for a visit.  Eventually they finally called back, and when I asked for a price quote on a drain clean out the starting price was higher than what I did pay. Lalonde pluming has done work at both my mother and father’s house and they couldn’t be more pleased! They put in a new shower and bathroom faucet at my father's house and fixed the kitchen sink and stationary tub at my mothers. They do amazing work they are clean and really care about the best options for their customers.
